Adjoy, Inc. d/b/a Dabbl ("us", "we", or "our"), a Delaware corporation operates the Dabbl mobile application (the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.
During app use, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information collected by Dabbl may include, but is not limited to, your phone number, name, or email ("Personal Information"). We collect this information for the purpose of identifying and communicating with you, including delivery of value earned in the app, as well as responding to your requests/inquiries and improving our app services. Any collection or use of your personal information for this purpose will be with your express consent.
We value your privacy. This information will not be sold, shared, or used in any way outside of the standard operation of the application.
Additionally, Dabbl does work with certain third party companies or services to facilitate our Service to users of the Dabbl app and/or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These partnerships are in two specific areas:
Service partnerships for Tracking: We may use third party services that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
Ad Delivery: Videos served for purposes of entertainment and/or value accrual in the Dabbl app may be supplied by unaffiliated, third party networks or companies. In these cases, our Services may be linked to properties operated to deliver ads or other engagements.
Survey Serving Technology: In order to provide survey earnings opportunities, Dabbl uses 3rd party survey providers, currently Pollfish, Tap Research, inBrain, and Theorem Reach. These services provide an online survey platform through which surveys from various research partners are conducted and made available to publisher partners like Dabbl. In order to serve our users with these 3rd party survey opportunities, specific set of device data (including Advertising ID which may be processed by providers only in strict compliance with App store policies) and response meta-data (including information about the apps which the user may have installed) will be automatically sent to survey servers, allowing them to discern whether or not you are eligible for a survey.
For a full list of data received by survey providers through this app, please read third party respondent terms carefully.

Receipt Processing Technology: Dabbl has partnered with a BlinkReceipt, LLC, and Numerator Link, 3rd party receipt processing services, to provide real-time receipt text scanning services and digital account linking for physical and digital receipts. Resultant receipt data may be used to provide points, credits, or unlock exclusive promotional content within the Dabbl app. All resultant data will be safely and securely stored in the same manner as other Dabbl app responses and account information; this information may be shared in aggregate or as part of anonymous, transactional reporting back to advertisers that may have sponsored the receipt opportunity or opportunities in the Dabbl app. Otherwise, this information will not be sold, shared, or distributed to any 3rd party company.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use and other device statistics ("Log Data").
Dabbl user account information and provided in-app response data are stored on Dabbl servers and accessible for as long as the account remains active. Active accounts are defined as accounts that are currently being used or have been inactive for less than 6 months (180 calendar days). For any account not in use for a continuous 180 days, Dabbl will disable the account and delete the user data and all related personal information. Dabbl will retain anonymized, aggregated user response data for purposes of analysis.
We may share data with or allow third parties to collect data from our application(s) in order for the contracted service to be completed. In the event that data is captured or shared between Dabbl and an outside organization, we withhold any personally identifiable information unless this information is required in order to perform the services rendered.
Third parties may collect data associated with the user's advertiser ID, device opt-out status, and user reported answers to their survey questions in order to increase the relevance of ads or content provided by third party to each user. Information collected will not be retained in production systems for more than thirty months from the date you last interacted with one of the third party ads, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We may retain backup information on our servers for up to three years for fraud detection, to enforce our legal rights, or to comply with applicable law or our internal security policies.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.
However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.
Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
Only persons age 13 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children") and an app age gate has been added to ensure only persons 13 or older can use our Service.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Dabbl does not currently sell, share, or in any way allow access to your personally identifiable data to any third parties. As such, Dabbl does not meet the business requirements outlined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). However, because we value consumer privacy and transparency, you may choose to notify us to opt-out of any future data sharing agreements.
